Many people often feel that they are not attractive when it comes to dating someone special for the first time. This is true especially when they are not successful in their previous attempts or they had not been dating for a while. The truth however lies in your hand and nobody can help you accept for yourself and below are some of the tips you can use to make yourself irresistible.

1)   Let go of whatever resistance or negative feeling on dating. Focus on the positive side, your desire to have fun and most importantly meeting someone new.

2)   Let it be a learning process. No matter how many times you may have failed in the previous dating, you must not be discouraged by it. Take it as a learning process and do not repeat the mistake again.

3)   Try to visualize yourself as someone who is attractive and irresistible before each date. This will prepare you mentally and physically as visualization will help you to expect or control your outcome of the event.

4)   Set your mindset by focusing on the fun side of the event. Try to enjoy every moment and you will be automatically become attractive.

5)   Create the proper energy level when meeting up with your date. Do not be to energetic as it will make you anxious and on the other hand, if you appear lethargic, your date will not be attracted either. Match your energy level by observing your date.

6)   Your body language speaks a lot of yourself. Do not let your body language spoilt your chances. Develop a confident and lovable body language by looking at your self in the mirror while practicing your communication skill or opening line.

7)   Dressing is another area that you must put attention before any dating. How you dress or wear is very important when you go out on dating especially when it is a first date.

8)   Seek friends not lovers. A first date will be more fun if you explore your date base on friend perspective. This will lift the burden off your shoulder and let you concentrate on having fun.

9)   Finally, don’t be afraid to try out something new when it comes to dating. You will be more attractive when you spring surprises by introducing new dating places or activities by being different.
